Laser cutting and machining

The laser technology allows us to cut and mechanize tubes of different sections, starting from straight tube bars or pieces already bended or formed, even on the bended zone (3D process), all this made with a high precision.

Both of the choices can be made in one automatic cycle, adding additional cuts like drill, slots, or any kind of shape and form.

This way and without mechanic contact with the piece, the competitiveness is increased and the final price is decreased

We can differentiate between:

Lasertube

Cutting and machining automatically round, square, rectangular, oval, elliptical section profiles. Made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, etc. All this, without the need of manual tools. That gives us a great flexibility and the ability to reduce price and time invested in the development of new products.

Lasertube 3D:

Cutting and machining automatically round, square, rectangular, oval, elliptical section profiles. Made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, etc. The tubes can be previously bended, formed or with any shape.

This technology has a high precision and flexibility in order to make all kinds of machining in any part of the piece.
